Tour operators
Many visitors from all over the world travel to the Kröller-Müller Museum every year. In collaboration with our partners, we ensure that your visit to the museum proceeds as smoothly and enjoyably as possible. We work together with DMCs, (outbound) tour operators, FIT providers and accommodations.
Preferred Partner Agreement
Many tour operators and other business partners enter into a Preferred Partner Agreement. They then receive a personal login code to make group bookings via the partner ticket portal. The agreement also provides the following standard benefits:
- special rates for tour operators;
- booking of group tickets, audio tours and guided tours
- free admission for the guide for every 15 guests;
- free meal for the bus driver and guide at Monsieur Jacques restaurant;
- option to make a reservation yourself in advance, and to change or cancel a reservation;
- information on exhibitions and events via the travel trade newsletter.
If you have not yet entered into a Preferred Partner Agreement with our museum, please contact us at sales@krollermuller.nl to request an agreement. Reservations by tour operators who enjoy the associated benefits apply only after an agreement has been signed. If you do not have an agreement with the museum, you can order tickets from our ticket shop.
Practical information
There is parking space for coaches near the museum. Please note: coaches cannot enter the Park through the entrance at Schaarsbergen.
The museum is easily accessible with a wheelchair. Mobility scooters and balance bikes are permitted in the museum and sculpture garden. A Segway is only permitted in the sculpture garden. Wheelchairs, walking frames and children’s buggies are available for loan at the museum. These items are free of charge but cannot be reserved.
Restaurant Monsieur Jacques and the outdoor restaurant MJ in the sculpture garden offer various catering options for groups. Please book in advance via info@monsieurjacques.nl or +31 (0)318 591657. The outdoor restaurant in the sculpture garden is open from mid-April through to October.
Guided tours and audio tours
For groups, the museum offers guided tours of the sculpture garden or the permanent collection in Dutch, English, German and French upon request. The maximum group size is 15 people per guide and several tours can take place at the same time. A guided tour costs €100 (incl. VAT) and can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the tour.
You may organise your own tour, whereby the maximum group size is also 15 people per tour. This ensures that other visitors can still access the museum’s galleries. People participating in tours scheduled between 1 March and 31 October must wear a headset.
The Podcatcher audio tour provides background information for 25 top works from the collection and is available in Dutch, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. The Podcatcher audio tour is available to hire from the reception desk for €2.50 and can be booked in advance by partners.
Exclusive options
Would you like to organise an exclusive visit outside opening hours? The museum is available for hire for both small parties and larger groups. This could include an intimate reception, a private guided tour or an inspiring event for larger (MICE) groups. We can also provide a full catering service.
