Accessibility
The Kröller-Müller Museum attaches great importance to accessibility for all visitors. We are working hard to ensure that everyone has genuine access to the collection (physically and online). Read more about our current facilities and our plans for the future.

Visitors with walking aids or wheelchairs
The museum is easily accessible by wheelchair or mobility scooter. Wheelchairs, walking frames, crutches and children's buggies are available for loan free of charge from the cloakroom. The paths at the entrance to the sculpture garden are asphalted. Towards the back of the sculpture garden, there are both paved and unpaved paths. These are marked on the map. In summer, you are welcome to use wheelchairs on the lawn. Segways are permitted in the sculpture garden. Other motorised (electric) mobility aids are not permitted in the museum or sculpture garden.
You may bring your assistance dog into the museum, the sculpture garden, and De Hoge Veluwe National Park.
On 19 February 2019, the museum received the Accessibility Award from De Zonnebloem. In July 2025, Vereniging de Zonnebloem carried out an accessibility assessment of the sculpture garden. We have implemented improvements based on their recommendations. We will continue to make further improvements to the sculpture garden in the future.
Parking
At the museum, you can use one of six accessible parking spaces 175 metres from the entrance. Visitors with a disability pay the regular rate. Upon presentation of your disabled parking card, the museum offers free entry for one accompanying person. For De Hoge Veluwe National Park, accompanying persons pay the normal admission fee. This also applies to bringing a car or other vehicle.

Toilets
There are two accessible toilets: one in the museum near the museum shop and one in the sculpture garden, next to the MJ outdoor restaurant. The accessible toilet in the sculpture garden is closed during the winter.
Visitors with a visual impairment
The main exhibition texts of the permanent collection have been compiled in large-format letters in a PDF file. Exhibition texts are texts about the artworks that you can read on signs in the museum. Prefer not to read from a screen? You can also borrow the compiled exhibition texts from the museum’s reception desk.
If you have any questions or comments on these documents, we would like to hear from you. You can contact us via educatie@krollermuller.nl.

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower
The museum staff are familiar with the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower. This allows visitors to discreetly alert those around them that they require an extra helping hand.

Visitors with a communication disability
To allow adults or children to enjoy and engage in the museum visit even more, you can download the picto museum map. This contains pictograms related to the museum visit that the user or care attendant can use during a museum visit. You can borrow a laminated version of the picto museum map from the reception desk.
